Step by Step Instructions for this Week
- Create a Slack DM group with your squad. Find your squad here.
- Schedule a 40 minute Squad Sync this week
- Write your Daily Update to your squad group starting tonight (Tuesday) for the next 2 weeks
- Post your updates within a thread in your DMs to avoid over-crowding.
- I usually write my daily update on notion first and then copy paste to Slack so I have a record of things. But you’re welcome to write directly on Slack as well
- I recommend doing this at night before you sleep
- **Listen to this podcast** on Happiness from the Knowledge Project. (Listen on 2x speed)
- Write your top 2 takeaways from the podcast ****on the #pm_velocity ****thread
- Reach out to at least two people outside of TKS in an industry of your choice.
- Playbook for Cold Outreach
- Post one pic of your workout on the thread
- Alternatively, post Apple Health/Strava or any other related health app data as proof of your work
