Step by Step Instructions for this Week

  1. Create a Slack DM group with your squad. Find your squad here.
  2. Schedule a 40 minute Squad Sync this week
  3. Write your Daily Update to your squad group starting tonight (Tuesday) for the next 2 weeks
    1. Post your updates within a thread in your DMs to avoid over-crowding.
    2. I usually write my daily update on notion first and then copy paste to Slack so I have a record of things. But you’re welcome to write directly on Slack as well
    3. I recommend doing this at night before you sleep
  4. **Listen to this podcast** on Happiness from the Knowledge Project. (Listen on 2x speed)
    1. Write your top 2 takeaways from the podcast ****on the #pm_velocity ****thread
  5. Reach out to at least two people outside of TKS in an industry of your choice.

  6. Post one pic of your workout on the thread
    1. Alternatively, post Apple Health/Strava or any other related health app data as proof of your work
