About TKS

The Knowledge Society (TKS) is a global human accelerator focused on developing young people (ages 13-17) to impact billions. In TKS, students learn about solving problems using emerging technologies, develop foundational mindsets, and build real-world skills, while being part of a global community of like-minded people. Our vision is to help create the next generation of unicorn people - people who impact billions. In 2020, TKS was recognized by The World Economic Forum as a "School of the Future" and was also featured in Forbes, BBC, Fast Company etc...

We currently have 2,000+ students and alumni from over 200 cities globally. Our alumni have started venture-backed companies, performed cutting-edge research, presented at the world's largest conferences, and are creating solutions to tackle important problems like maternal mortality, disease, and energy.

The Talent Lead Role

This is a key role within the organization and you will be working closely with the executive team. In this role you will oversee all things related to talent, which at TKS is one of our main growth engines. 70% of the role will focus on recruiting mid-director level incredibly high potential talent to act as our TKS Directors. These are our version of the YC/McKinsey partners. The other 30% will comprise of building out teams internally with an accent on employer branding. These are estimation, but we expect whoever's in the role to have full ownership over the function.
